Peplum dress from Topshop, Knee high socks from American Apparel, Sunglasses from Asos, Backpackers and creepers from Primark.

Bought this peplum dress and knee high socks during sale a few months ago, didn't wear it until recently. Wasn't intentionally going for all black outfit I swear. I read it somewhere that black is the new white, so what's white now (i am confused)???
